A dropped wing can be a sign of illness. Dropped wing means that one wing is hanging lower than the other one. Hope that clarifies. If not, you should opt for a private consultation with the original vet that answered your question.

This is usually a sign of a wing injury, if he can still fly then the wing is not broken. if the problem does not resolve within a week i would recommend taking him to an avian vet specialist in order to get it checked and treated.

If Tuddie isn't able to hold her wings properly or is losing balance and falling over, I would have her examined by your vet ASAP. These are very concerning signs that could indicate an issue such as illness, injury, or a neurologic or muscular condition that is causing her problems. Until you can get to the vet, keeping her in a warm hospital cage with low, flat perches and food and water dishes she can easily get in and out of may help make her more comfortable.

It's impossible to diagnose anything from a picture but I don't see anything obviously abnormal from your pictures. It's always a good idea to get a new pet exam done by an avian veterinarian when getting a new bird. Hi. I'm not sure if you tried to upload a picture with this post but if so it didn't come through. If Berry is having the same normal activity and appetite as normal perhaps he just has some feathers molting or growing in differently or even broken feather can make thier wing look odd. If he is used to being handled gently look at his wings up close. If the entire wing is drooping and he can't hold it properly you may need to see an avian veterinarian to rule out a fracture or dislocation. If you have a Pict you can try posting again.
