It sounds like he needs to be seen by a vet for treatment. The bite may have injured his neck/wing and/or he may have an infection secondary to the bite. A vet can take an xray to see if anything is fractured and prescribe an antibiotic, if needed to treat an infection. The fact that he is crawling around the cage and not eating is very concerning so please have a vet take a look at him as soon as possible. Also, keep him separated from the other bird so this doesn't happen again.

My best recommendation is for you to find an avian veterinarian. If there are none in your area you may be able to find one at a nearby teaching hospital/vet school or a specialty/referral center. You may also want to try calling the store where you got Pepa and see if they can refer you to an avian veterinarian. In the meantime, it is good that you were able to stop the bleeding. Continue to monitor Pepa and keep her warm and encourage her to eat. Hopefully the wound was just superficial and won’t cause any issues. Absolutely yes, infections are a concern and immediate antibiotic treatment needs to be started. I would strongly recommend to take him to your local vet to have it prescribed and have the fracture assessed.

It would be best to try and get your bird into a vet as soon as you can. In the meantime, cleaning any wounds and keeping them free of dirt and debris, and keeping your bird from pecking at it can help prevent infection of the wounds. Keeping your bird warm, with low perches in case he falls, and easy access to food and water may also help until he can get into your vet.
