Use this link to the Association of Avian Veterinarians website to find an avian vet near you.

In the meantime, keep Watson warm and as stress free as possible. Clean and sanitize his cage, bowls, toys and perches. Discard anything that cannot be sanitized. If he eats a pelleted diet, you can soak it in warm water to make a mash. A handfeeding formula can also be offered if necessary. If he is having difficulty perching, lower the perches and pad the bottom of the cage in case he falls.

Platform perches may make it easier for him. If he is sick though, he should be examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian veterinarian.
He may need medication or supportive care.
In the meantime, keep the cage clean and make sure he is eating and drinking. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the doctor.
