My budgie is moving its head weirdly. Is it choking or regurgitating?

If Enzo was bobbing his head up and down, he was likely regurgitating. Birds do this to share food or feed their mates, chicks or owners. It is a high compliment if he regurgitated for you! Vomiting is a symptom of a sick bird and is characterized by a quick flicking of the head from side to side as ingesta is ejected. This requires veterinary attention.

Based on the behavior you are describing I am concerned that Alif may have something stuck in her throat/mouth that is causing her discomfort and making her not want to eat. She may also be regurgitating in an attempt to dislodge whatever is stuck. However, this behavior could also be a seizure type behavior. It is hard to say without actually seeing what Alif is doing. You need to get her in to a vet as soon as possible. Until then, continue to offer her plenty of fresh water and her favorite foods to encourage eating. This may be mating or sexual behavior. The whole seed indicates regurgitation instead of vomiting. The rubbing of the perch is likely mounting behavior. It should pass. You can provide different toys or rearrange the cage to distract him, but there is no cause for concern as long as he is behaving normally otherwise.

What you are describing sounds like a normal behavior they occasionally have when eating and drinking. They also do a similar thing when they are happy, so maybe he does it for a certain food he likes. I would not be too worried as long as Sky is otherwise acting normal.
