My budgie is regurgitating, trembling, and can't poop. What's wrong?

What is slightly worrisome is the lethargy and sleepiness. Molting can also be a result of illness, and this is not the typical season for molting. Metablic diseases such as renal or hepatic diseases can also cause regurgitation. Crop infections (bacterial, yeast or fungal) can make them nauseous. These small birds can not go too long without digesting food. Unfortunately there is little that can be done at home,, so finding a veterinarian with avian experience. Regurgitation is not normal, but could be due to over-feeding, a crop infection or impaction, sub-optimal husbandry, viral diseases, and other. Primary reasons that are likely are heavy metal toxicity, ingested foreign bodies, mega-bacteria and more. A veterinary visit for radiographs and blood work is recommended. Heavy metal should show up well on radiographs. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some aid. Good luck.

Based on the behavior you are describing I am concerned that Alif may have something stuck in her throat/mouth that is causing her discomfort and making her not want to eat. She may also be regurgitating in an attempt to dislodge whatever is stuck. However, this behavior could also be a seizure type behavior. It is hard to say without actually seeing what Alif is doing. You need to get her in to a vet as soon as possible. Until then, continue to offer her plenty of fresh water and her favorite foods to encourage eating. You may also try to gently massage her throat area and see if that helps. Best of luck.
