My budgie bled a bit, but it stopped. Should I worry or see a vet?

My budgie has little patch of blood , I examen him and couldn’t find the source , he hasn’t bled anymore but should I take him for a check up or what is something I could do

I would not worry about it unless the bleeding persists. It could have been a mild injury or trauma to a feather follicle. As long as he is acting normally I would just monitor it. If it continues to bleed or looks worse at any time then get him to your vet for an exam.
