Unfortunately, those are all very vague symptoms of illness that can be caused by any number of things including infections, diseases, parasites, malnutrition, etc. It would be best to bring Mitthu to your local vet for a complete exam to try and find out what is wrong. They may suggest additional tests such as bloodwork or an X-ray to help find the problem. In the meantime, keeping him in a warm hospital cage that is separated from any other birds and with easy access to food and water in shallow dishes with low perches may help some until he can be seen by a vet.

Hi, The changes you have described in Chuy are very conserning to me. Birds can become sick very quickly and tend to hide signs of illness. I’m worried that Chuy May have an infection or other serious illness that would cause him to be lethargic and not eat. Lethargy and sleeping during the day (to conserve energy) are clinical signs of being sick, the question is why. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some support. Monitor fecal production by a total cage clean-out. Sick birds often act like they're eating but aren't. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Multiple possibilities include ingestion of foreign material (metal, fabric, wood, etc.), metabolic concerns (liver, renal), infections (viral, bacterial) and others. Good luck.

However, if Prince is more lethargic and sleeping more than normal, I would agree that he could be sick with an infection or some other illness. therefore, I would recommend you take him to see a veterinarian since birds can get seriously ill very fast. He should be examined by your veterinarian or by a veterinarian experienced in treating birds. Lethargy, chronic regurgitation and loss of balance would be serious symptoms in a young bird. Given Tweety's age, he should be seen as soon as you can get an appointment. Birds are very good at hiding illness or injury until it is quite serious. In the meantime, keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the vet. Do not allow him to fly and remove or lower perches to prevent injury from falls. Consider feeding a commercial handfeeding formula temporarily or soaked commercial pellets to get some food into him.

If he's like that even while eating, drinking, or being active (not sleeping) and never has his head in a normal position, it wouldn't hurt to have him examined by your vet. It's possible there could be an underlying issue such as a nutritional problem or even a neuromuscular issue that would benefit from being checked out.
