I need to know what my bird died from so it doesnt happen again and i can make sure that my other bird is healthy?

I'm so sorry for your loss. For the well being of the remaining birds I would try to have the ones that died necropsied- or post mortem exam. This may help determine why they died in order to help your remaining birds. Be sure there are no toxic fumes near the birds. Cooking with teflon, some aerosol sprays, paint fumes etc could all be toxic to birds. Also check these there is no toxic foods or plants within reach.
