My baby canaries have something yellow in their throats and it looks like the egg yolk that their mom gave to them ... it feels like it's stuck out there ... i don't know what to do

You may just be seeing a full crop, which is easy to see on birds without feathers, that will expand like a balloon when they are full and fed, and slowly decrease in size as they digest their food. If the mother was just feeding them something yellow, that can be what you are seeing. If the swelling does not go down over time (IE with digesting the food) then I would be worried something could be stuck in the crop or outside of it, and bring them to a vet for an exam.

Make sure you are feeding mom a balanced diet for canaries in order to ensure she and the babies grow healthy. Egg yolk is probably not the best option over a balanced diet.
