If she is weak and not doing well then she needs to be seen by a vet to determine the cause. She could have an infection, parasite, or congenital abnormality. Your vet may be able to prescribe medications to help. You are going to need to continue to supplement her with a puppy milk replacer if she is not eating on her own. Hope she gets better soon!

Vomiting is serious in pigs. You need to call the vet for a visit. This could be a viral infection, bacterial infection or a gastro-intestinal problem. Take their temperature if you can, and tell the vet on the phone. They will need an exam.

Pigs tend to run hotter than people and a normal temp is around 101.5-102.5 degrees Fahrenheit. If she's lethargic, not wanting to eat as much, and also has nasal discharge, I'd be worried about something underlying such as a respiratory illness which can affect piglets. Having a vet take a look, especially if she isn't improving, is best. In the meantime, keeping her eating her regular food, and keeping he warm may help keep her comfortable until the cause is found.

The symptoms describe may indicate an upper respiratory infection or a foreign body. You would need to have Moira physically examined by your veterinarian to diagnose the underlying cause. This is very concerning as, while her vaccinations were done on time, she is not fully protected against distemper and parvo yet. Purulent discharge from her nose and eyes are concerning as they could , of course be a simple respiratory infection, but also a sign of canine distemper. There are some antibiotics safer to give newborns, such as doxycycline, and treats many of the diseases that cause URIs in guinea pigs. Not sure what is going on the eye on the other one, but a corneal infections if a concern. It is recommended your see a veterinarian to help and prescribe medication. good luck.
