My favorite brands of food are Acana, Origen, Lotus and Hobest Kitchen. You can see if they are available in your area. Some of the freeze dried raw diets such as honest kitchen are very palatable to picky eaters. I also find that adding fish oil and warm water to dry kibble can be very appetizing. It is also a very healthy supplement for them.

Sometimes the best place to get advise for fleas is from the locals or the local veterinarian. The reason for this is that fleas in certain geographic areas are more susceptible to certain products than others. For instance, when I lived in NY everyone used Frontline and loved it. When I went down to Virginia, everyone hated it and their animals would be crawling with fleas regardless of use. Here in Pennsylvania, it doesn't seem to work well either. I find that that the Seresto collar is the most effective product, and it is nice because it lasts or eight months. It can be purchased over the counter on websites such as amazon or at Walmart. Hope this helps.

Congrats on your new hedgehog, and thanks for using PetCoach! As hedgehogs love burrowing, if you aren't providing a deep layer of bedding for her to burrow in, a small enclosure would be the next most ideal. There are many commercially available huts, sleep shacks, and bags that ST.Hedgie would love, and it will really depend on your needs and her likes. Some hedgehogs prefer the plastic, dome-type huts, and some prefer soft sacks. Cleaning will be easiest with plastic, but she may prefer a fabric house, so be prepared to appropriately clean the house of her choosing on a regular basis. Here are some options: Soft, hanging hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/small-animal/small-animal-sleepers-hideaways/multipet-pineapple-house-small-animal-hideaway-in-yellow Plastic castle hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/small-animal/small-animal-sleepers-hideaways/you-and-me-small-animal-hideaway Grassy hut: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/small-animal/small-animal-sleepers-hideaways/peters-woven-grass-hide-a-way-hut-for-rabbits Good luck, and I hope you have great fun with ST.Hedgie!

Yes, a vet can examine Lola and give an approximate age. I would have her seen by a vet to have this done but to also get a health check. Sometimes animals from these large chain stores are not in the best health.
