I am not familiar with Dr. Jeff's products. So sorry. I'm not really sure what you are looking for in a supplement? An immune system booster? Just a vitamin? Probiotics? Skin/Coat health? Joint health? I would recommend this one for Immune health: https://worldtails.securevetsource.com/itemView/view/198944_HomeDelivery.pml?productId=133838 Pet Tabs are the tried and true multivitamin for dogs. It has been around for a long time. Excellent company and product with no previous issues. Cost effective. Very palatable so dogs like it. I use it with my own dogs. https://worldtails.securevetsource.com/itemView/view/198944_HomeDelivery.pml?productId=100461 I hope I answered your question. If you would like to post again with more specifics as to what you are looking for we may be able to help you better.

My personal preference, completed unrelated to PetCoach or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.

Dasuquin with MSM and Cosequin DS Plus MSM (both by Nutramax Labs) are excellent products. I prefer these because it is the same company that makes the human product, Cosamin, and one of the few companies that submits its products for outside testing to verify ingredients. The GlycoFlex line of products would also be one to consider. These are my own personal recommendations.

Unfortunately no, collagen supplements will not help, you are correct. Most cases of it are treated with cough suppressants, bronchodilators, corticosteroids (to control inflammation), and/or antibiotics. Keeping Ghost at a healthy weight is very important as well. If medical management does not show improvement in two weeks, or the dog's quality of life is severely affected, surgery is recommended. I hope this helps!

There are many different ones that can be used but these are the most common. * amoxicillin * clavamox * doxycycline Actually, antibiotics are not really needed to treat kennel cough. They are mostly used to prevent secondary infections. ( https://www.petcoach.co/dog/condition/kennel-cough/ )
