Hi! I was wondering what reptile/amphibian/insect/arachnid I can keep in a medium eco terra faunarium? (Roughly 7.5 x 12 inches)
It is too small to be used for much beyond transport, quarantine or temporary housing (i.e. during cleaning of main enclosure). The plastic construction does not allow for light or heat sources which most reptiles or exotic pets require.

Check the temperature of the enclosure. Low temps can affect appetite and activity in reptiles. Soak her in a warm 50/50 solution of water and unflavored PediaLyte for 20-30 minutes daily to treat or prevent minor dehydration. Make sure prey is appropriately sized, no bigger than the space between her eyes. If the behavior persists, have her physically examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles to diagnose and treat illness or injury. He looks healthy, but looks can be deceiving. Chameleons are very active to begin with, plus being in a new environment may be stressful for him. You can feed 5-7 crickets at each feeding. Gut load them for 24 hours prior to offering to maximize nutritional value. You can also offer dubia roaches, wax worms and butter worms. All prey should be no larger than the space between the eyes.

Hi my chameloan today he started going up and down his cage and opening his mouth here and there is it normal or I need to worried he has water and his been eating fine
He may be stressed, angry or the temperature and/or humidity may need to be adjusted in his enclosure. Check environmental parameters and search the area around his cage for any negative stimuli. Monitor for lethargy, loss of appetite or any discharge from the nose or mouth. "Gaping" can be a symptom of developing respiratory infection which needs immediate veterinary attention.

Hi I just recently tiled my bearded tank using gorilla silicone adhesive. But I recently read that was bad. Would you recommend a better silicone?
A silicone adhesive/sealant specifically for aquaria would be best. These are strong, durable and fish/reptile safe. You can find it in most home improvement stores. GE SCS1200 silicone is also reptile safe once cured/dried. It can also be found in home improvement stores and hardware stores.
