Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! I would find an "All Stages" food that all the cats can eat. There are many companies that make this kind of food that can be fed to adults and kittens. If you google all stages cat food some will come up. Below is a link for an example, not saying to choose this particular one. This particular diet is formulated to meet the demands of all life stages, so technically this should be fine for kittens and will be OK to feed them this. However, there can be some problems associated with feeding adult cats this food, because it may contain more calories and make them more prone to obesity. I've included a link below to an article that further explains details about choosing food for your cat. http://www.vet.cornell.edu/fhc/Health_Information/brochure_feedingcat.cfm

Yes, I personally like Royal Canin diets. For her age, just the regular Adult food is fine. ( https://www.royalcanin.com/ca/en_ca/cats/products/vet-products?specialneeds=0ad835cc921d4d0cb3ee61a8cc461fbe&feedingperiod=78.3&filter=643ceeb4-c516-477f-96db-fd7ee1b41ec0 ) She can eat either wet or dry; whichever she prefers and what you can afford. Canned food can be very expensive if that is all you are feeding. You can also feed a combination of both wet and dry if you'd like. Feed her according to the directions on the packaging. If you do both wet and dry you need to make sure you don't overfeed her. She is already at her maximum weight so if you notice weight gain you will need to back off on how much you are feeding.

The best food with the most research are typically science diet, Purina or royal canin. You can find any formula that is made for young, adult cats to share. They make an optimal care or indoor adult made for young adults

Pet food labels are notoriously difficult to read and interpret. Start by determining the life stage for which the diet is formulated. Adult diets should be fed to adult pets, whereas puppy, kitten or all life stage diet should be fed to growing animals. If a pet food has been formulated and/or tested to meet certain standards set by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), pet food companies are able to place an AAFCO statement on the label. When in doubt, discuss any diet concerns for your pet with your veterinarian.
