Shop for cat toilet and potty training products at Petco and help your pet learn where they can eliminate in your home. Although felines are often known as a low maintenance pet, there are times when they need a little guidance when it comes to potty training. This is especially true if you’re moving to a colder climate and need to teach your outdoor cat how to eliminate appropriately indoors.

How do I get a kitten to use a cat litter box
My mom is trying to toilet train a 3 month old kitten with a training seat for cats (without litter tho) but he’s just not picking it up and pooing all over the house. He used it with litter on the ground but now it’s empty on the toilet. Any suggestions on getting him to use the training seat?

How to potty train adult dog?
Just adopted an 8 year old cat from the shelter on Sunday. There are no signs that she's used her litter box yet. She's eaten and drank a bit but not too much. On Monday, there appeared to be two dried pee spots in her sanctuary room but nothing since then. How do I ensure she's going to the bathroom and starts using the little box?
I have a foster kitten about 4 or 5 months old. Vet says she thinks he is mildly mentally challenged/delayed. He doesnt seem challenged and plays and runs and eats all normal but he will not use the litter box no matter what I do. I've crated him, used feliway, attract litter, puppy pads, everything. When I notice hes about to go I put him in the box and he fights me to get away then pees/poops on the carpet in a diff spot each time. Is there any way to litter train a "challenged" kitten?!?
I adopted a cat one week ago, and she refuses to urinate in the litter box unless she is locked in the bathroom with it. She poops in her box with no problem, but seems to be making a border around my (carpeted) bedroom, even though I spray it with Nature's Miracle every time I realize it's happened. She's very skittish and remains hidden most of the time, so I'm trying to give her space and not stress her anymore while she settles, but I don't know what else to do to discourage this.
My two months, and 4 days old kitten named necolaj which i adopted 4 days ago is not litter trained and is scared of me. but she pees in the litter but poops at another place. she has pooped twice and at the same place. How do i not scare her but still make her poop and pee at the same place?
