My pet rat has mycoplasma. How do I get rid of this infection?

There are no home remedies as systemic antibiotics are needed, but if mycoplasma, cure is rare necessitating periodic antibiotic treatments. Unfortunately your rat will most likely need antibiotics to help him get over his upper respiratory tract infection and you will need a prescription from your vet for this.
