My baby rat is breathing heavy with red nose discharge. Is it serious?

My rat whom is about a month old id breathing really heavy and has red discharge coming out of her nose.. She seems super tired and im worried

She is suffering from a respiratory infection caused by a bacteria called mycoplasma, it's very common in rats. you need to take her to the vet urgently in order to get antibiotic treatment, i usually use Zithromax at this age.
