My rabbit has wet, frequent poop and pees a lot. What's wrong?

Hay and vegetables should make up the majority of her diet. Hello. There are just too many questions that need to be answered in order to offer any advice. The best thing is to have your bunny examined by a veterinarian who can check Laddu for intestinal parasites, discuss the diet you are feeding her & possibly start her on a Critical Care diet & possibly antibiotics. Loose stools in rabbits is a very severe sign, you must take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated, failure to do so will most probably lead to her death very soon. loose stools are usually caused by a gastrointestinal infection and requires antibiotic treatment as well as a special fiber supplement.

Moist stool can be the result of intestinal problems (dietary, parasites, bacterial), metabolic (liver, kidney), stress, inappropriate nutrition, reproductive disease (uterine infection, neoplasia), spondylosis, and other problems. Gastrointestinal (stomach) upset is common in rabbits and can have many causes: ingested foreign body, infection, parasites, pain, dental disease, metabolic disorders (liver, renal), stress and more. If this is persistent, a veterinary visit is recommended, sooner than later. Keep diet consistent and try to limit sugars and carbohydrates. The more hay they eat the better. Good luck.

A part from the variety of things given (which is usually good), commonly the proportion of the different nutrients is not correct. 80-85% should be good quality hay, the rest should be 5-10% pellets and very few fresh vegetables.
