My rabbit has a lot of tiny red spots on his nose. No bleeding or protruding structures. Just tint red spots on the tip of his nose. Is this normal?

This presentation seems to be compatible with red(harvest) mites infestation.
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
