I'm having a baby, can Petco help me find a new home for my pet?

Hello, Many Petcos will accept surrendered pets. It depends on individual location. Call your local store and if they do not accept surrenders, they should be able to tell you the closest location to you that does. I hope this is helpful. So sorry but this is not what this service is for. If you want to surrender a guinea pig you need to contact your local Petco store. They may or may not accept him. I don't know what their policy is on that. You can also try to contact the local humane society as they often accept them. I would call the specific petco you would like to take Lela to and ask if they see rabbits or if a particular doctor that is there will see rabbits. That way they can be sure to get you set up with a vet that is comfortable treating your sweet girl!

Most pet stores will not take pets back unless they were purchased very recently. Looking to see if you can rehome them though a local ad, or contacting a local animal shelter may be your best option. A local shelter may be able to get you into contact with a bird rescue that can take them and adopt them out to a new home for you.
