My mouse has a sore and big belly. Is it from fighting or illness?

one of my mice has like a sore on his side I know they fight a lot plus spikerella has got a big stomach

Mice will fight viciously and can seriously injure each other. I would suggest setting up separate cages for them to avoid injury and possibly even death. If the would is deep enough he may need to see the veterinarian for antibiotics.

    It is difficult to know the cause without actually seeing the lesion. It could be a wound from fighting and she may need an antibiotic to treat. If her abdomen is also big then she could have an enlarged organ, tumor, or possibly be pregnant. The best thing would be to have a vet take a look at her to diagnose her problems and determine if any treatment is needed.
