My mouse has soft poop but is improving. Should I wait or visit a vet?

A visit to the veterinarian would be a better chance at least to perform a fecal exam for parasites. Unless you have been feeding Peach a large amount of green-colored food, green coloration usually indicates a large amount of bile released in the intestines, and this can indicate a disease process. A common diarrheal disease of Gerbils is called Tyzzer's disease, and it can cause fatal dehydration if not treated. I'm glad to hear that Peach is still eating, drinking, and acting normal, but if the diarrhea continues or if his attitude changes, I strongly suggest taking him to the vet as he may require antibiotic treatment and fluid replacement therapy. A general rule of thumb that I use is around 70-75F for mice. Please ensure there are no drafts as well. These could be associated with multiple primary GI (infections, inflammation of the bowel, dietary indiscretions) or secondary GI (liver or kidney disease). If Sushi's signs continue, then he will need to be seen by his veterinarian soon.
