I am so sorry that Marshmallow may be injured. Make sure he has soft bedding, but not too deep. Remove any climbing perches or obstacles ( if any ) that may make it difficult to maneuver around his enclosure. As long as he does not have any difficulty reaching his food

unfortunately there is very little you can do at home to help him, this problem will require a diagnosis first and medications to treat it. all you can do to keep him comfortable is to make sure he is neither too hot nor too cold, keep him at a comfortable room temperature (usually cold is more of an issue when a guinea pig is unwell).

Hello, and thank you for your question. I'm very sorry to hear that Marshall is unwell. If he is lethargic, not eating well, cried when you pet him, or is teeth chattering, I would be worried he is in pain. Possible sources of pain include intestinal bloat, dental pain, scurvy, or infection. I would highly recommend getting him seem by a vet within the next 24 hours, preferably one that has experience dealing with guinea pigs. They can help to determine the source of Marshall's pain, and offer supportive medication such as fluid therapy and pain medications, and antibiotics if necessary. In the meantime, try to minimize stress by not handling him too much, and provide easy access to his food and water. If he is not eating well, try offering more of the fresh veggies that he typically enjoys. Make sure you are feeding both pigs plenty of vitamin C which will help prevent scurvy. Oranges, green peppers and pellets fortified with vitamin C are all good choices. I hope this helps, and that Marshall is feeling better soon!

Guinea pigs enjoy burrowing/tunneling so things like huts and pipes are fun for them. You have every right to be concerned about Ferb, and I would recommend getting him in to see a veterinarian. Guinea pigs can be very subtle about showing that they don't feel well, and they can go downhill very quickly. Additionally, we worry about things going wrong in older animals, and Ferb is considered a geriatric/old guinea pig. You can find a veterinarian who is comfortable seeing exotic companion animals, such as guinea pigs, on the AEMV website. You can also call around to clinics to find recommendations as well. Congratulations on your new pet! To help Chanel feel safe, you can move slowly around her. First just standing near her cage, then placing your hand in the cage without touching her, and then gently petting her before attempting to pick her up. Guinea pigs are curious and like to play with toys and burrow in tunnels. In order to be healthy, Chanel should have plenty of water and hay avaiyat all times. She should have a ration of pellets everyday and can have some green leafy veggies and fruits as an occasional treat. You should monitor her for signs of diarrhea, skin issues, loss of appetite and energy and have her seen by a vet if any of these occur.

Thanks for reaching out about Carmello and including photos (but pictures do not show any problems). Upper and lower respiratory infections are common and can cause congestion (sounds). Heart disease is not uncommon in middle aged/older guinea pigs also. A veterinary visit would be a good idea. Warm ears could be an indication of a fever. Monitor food and water intake, monitor noises and see if you can locate to a certain area or situation. Good luck.
