Would could you shine a light up a guinea pigs nose if you thought they may have a blocked nose or some hay up there would that work and if so how could you get any hay out or how could you help your guinea pig out with breathing if you think there could be a blocked air way before you can get to a vet.

No, I am afraid you cannot shine a light up a guinea pig's nose and you would need special instruments to remove a foreign body from the upper airways. If you think your guinea pig has a blocked airway, you need to take it to an emergency room or out of hour's veterinarian right away for help. Please do not experiment by yourself.
