My bunnies are biting walls and paint. Is it dangerous? How to stop?

I think you did the right thing. I would advise to block Boston's access to the wall. Paints can contain toxins which could harm him. Aside from blocking the area, offer him boxes and other places to hide/play in. Offer him rabbit friendly chews toys (a variety of them) to satisfy his desire to chew. You could also stop at the local pet store and ask about any spray/gel that you could put on the wall that taste bad. It may help to discourage the behavior. Hope this helps!

It sounds as though Bright is becoming destructive because she is bored. I would recommend penning her into a room where she can be supervised. In the pictures, the nails on Pierre are pretty long - I am not sure if you took these before you trimmed the nails or after, but this may be the reason that he was biting at his feet. When rabbits' nails are too long, they can be irritating to the rabbit and can even break and tear the skin or cause a wound. Rabbits typically dig to keep their nails short, so this may be the reason that he was trying this activity. I would recommend monitoring Pierre now that the nails have been trimmed to see if he responds. If he continues to bite at the fur, then he may have something underlying going on and he should be evaluated by a veterinarian. Rabbits can be quite mischievous! Eating paper in small amounts isn't going to be too problematic. The best thing you can do is limit the items that your rabbit has any access to, thereby preventing ingestion of harmful substances.
