I wouldnot recommend giving oral antibacterials/antibiotics to any rabbit wthout a clear diagnosis as it is likely to make things worse. Rabbits rely on good bacteria in the bowel for survival and antibiotics can trigger fatal diarrhoea. Unfortunately weaning is a very difficult time for rabbits as this good bacteria is not well developed until they start eating greens and it is a very delicate time. Probiotics and transfer of the soft stools from healthy mothers or other rabbits can increase survival around weaning, as can starting with hay rather than fresh greens
