Secondary infections or metabolic concerns are possible after. Try offering water via a syringe as dehydration is more important. The try hand feeding. If Juno continues to be lethargic and weak, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. My rule of thumb is that a closed eye is a painful eye, and a painful eye needs to be seen. He may have had some trauma or an infection. It may be the cause of his poor appetite as well. The deficiency can lead to changes in skin cells (cornea, toes, etc) that affect shedding and can lead to secondary infections. Besides improving the diet, the eyes should be cleaned out during a veterinary visit, and antibiotics prescribed. Warm water soaks can help with the toes to soften the skin, and gently remove. Vitamin A deficiencies are fairly common causes of dermal condition in reptiles. Insect prey needs to be supplemented with a wide variety of vegetables, both green and red/yellow/orange. A veterinary visit is recommended to access and provide a treatment plan. An injection of vitamin A will probably be recommended.
