My leopard gecko's nose is cut after shedding. How do I treat it?

Monitor for any aggression. You may need to separate them, especially if the enclosure is too small. You can use a diluted betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution daily to gently cleanse the affected area. Monitor for lethargy, decreased appetite, redness, swelling or discharge. See your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles if the wound doesn't heal or if any of the above mentioned symptoms develop.

For the spot on the nose - you can try soaking, and also use a wet q-tip and gently roll it over the spot to encourage the shed to come off. If it comes off, evaluate the skin underneath closely for any abnormalities. The spot on the back is concerning, as it doesn’t look raised like a shed. You can monitor the area for changes, or you can take her to a veterinarian to take a closer look. Try offering a warm water soak for 10-15 minutes and see if you can gently manually lift off the skin. Vitamin A deficiencies can play a part in shedding difficulty. Crickets, mealworms and other insects need to be properly gut-loaded to provide adequate nutrition. If problematic, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Good luck.

This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). I would recommend to monitor it for the moment to see if it spreads or resolve at all. Should it deteriorate (bigger, more spots or swollen), a check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) may be needed to solve the problem. In the meantime you can swab the infected area with a diluted povidone-iodine solution twice daily.

It looks like a wound or a burn. Did the tip fall off recently? I suggest you apply some Betadine ointment on the tip twice a day to prevent infection. Keep her on paper towels and change them daily. Tile or slate can also be used, just spot clean daily to keep stool off her tail. Monitor for spread or resolution. If her tail doesn't heal, have her examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles. She may need antibiotics or possibly have the affected portion amputated to prevent serious infection.
