My leopard gecko flipped while soaking. Liquid in ears: vet emergency?

Our leopard gecko turned over on her back while soaking. Can see liquid in ear holes. No open vet except for an hour away.

Thanks for reaching out about Amelia. The question is did she flip on her back and unable to correct due to a slippery surface or water cooled or is she actually sick? If she is still not doing well, several hours after the episode, it would be safer to see the veterinarian tonight, as an emergency.
