When should I introduce a second Emperor Scorpion to my tank?

Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Spiders & Insects | Scorpion | Male | unneutered

I am getting an Emperor Scorpion in a few days and I was wondering if I wanted to have more than one do I have to get them at the same time or can I wait a few months before adding another scorpion to the tank?

It would be best, and safest, to introduce them into the enclosure together. This may reduce the risk of the second one being seen as an intruder. Although "emps" can live together, the risk of aggression and cannibalism is always present.
