I have a eastern box turtle ho has not eaten or been in her water container she is burrowed in her grass in her enclosure and has been for nearly two weeks she moves slightly when I touch her but does not come fully out of her shell or the grass

I suggest you review her diet and habitat and make sure you are providing her with everything that she needs. Not eating is usually due to a water temperature that is wrong. She may also be trying to hibernate but that would be unnatural at this time of year. She may be sick but you did not provide enough information for me to determine if that is the case.
