My bearded dragon is cold, weak, and foaming. What care does it need?

We got this poor guy and he had no heat at all he was frozen nearly half to death at 50°. He's severely dehydrated, weak, and has slept the entire 5 hours we've had him. The first time we tried feeding him he started foaming at the mouth then a clear liquid came from his mouth, nose, and eyes. I've gotten his body temperature up by a warm bath and he's under a heat lamp now. I also got him to eat. Is there anything else? What could it be?

It looks like you've done a good job rehabbing this poor guy. Getting him up to a warm temperature was definitely a good start. And, I think the liquid coming from the nose and mouth may have been from the bath, so I would not worry too much unless it happens again.
Judging from the photos, he has not been well cared for, for a long time.
Getting him back to health will be a long process, but can happen if you provide adequate warmth, UV light and the appropriate diet. This is my favorite website for information on caring for bearded dragons:

If you follow these guidelines, then you can get this guy back up to health. It depends on how much damage was done though. Sometimes they can be too ill to recover on their own and will need critical care by a veterinarian.
It sounds like he's doing much better now, so hopefully he will continue to get better and act more normal soon.
