My baby crested gecko is paralyzed. Can it survive without a vet?

Sounds like MBD. Without more information all I can tell you is that you should take them to see a reptile veterinarian. This could be trauma/injury but honestly, most problems we see with reptiles are due to improper diet and/or husbandry. I would to know how long you have had them, what is their cage setup, what is the lighting/temperature/humidity set up, what diet have you been feeding, any supplements? How long were you gone? Etc. Both conditions have a better prognosis is treated early. Calcium deficiencies can lead to weaker both more sensitive to trauma. Besides anti-inflammtories, acupuncture and other alternative medicine modalities could be beneficial. Good luck.

You need to take him to your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles. A cat bite can lead to serious infection which should be treated. Pain medication may also be indicated. There isn't much you can do at home except to maintain hydration and proper environmental parameters. Veterinary care is strongly recommended.

Unfortunately that is a severe injury and it is possible that your Gecko has/had metabolic bone disease as well. Hemorrhage or accumulation of fluid due to the luxation is possible.
