Yes I was wondering can a vet tell around the time a female dog will go in heat r do the owner have to Wait for the signs

A specialized vet, called a theriogenologist, can take vaginal samples/bloodwork to test estrogen/progesterone levels and check the vaginal lining to determine how soon your dog may be going into heat, especially if you intend to breed her. Some regular veterinarians may also perform these tests, so calling to see if one in your area does can help you figure out when Jazzy will be ready next.
