Is it safe for my unvaccinated puppy to be near a sick person at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old | 2 lbs

We just got a puppy without shots. Is it safe if someone in the house is sivk around the puppy.

The vaccinations you would give a puppy does not protect against any human diseases he may catch (like a flu virus). The vaccinations are for dog diseases. I strongly recommend you start the vaccinations for Coco. They should have been started at 8 weeks of age.

I don't think you really need to worry about the puppy catching something from the sick person but it is always best to err on the side of caution and don't allow any direct contact.
