Any advice on how to take care of my dog's nails? How often do I cut them and how I cut them? Do you have any recommendations for nail maintenance and other products? Much appreciated.

There is no fixed rules for this kind of situations. Bath is needed once a month maximum and nails as well only when needed. Take her out twice daily at least for 15-30 minutes. The more you walk her on hard surfaces the less frequent would be the nail cut. Please refer to this link for trimming technique https://www.petcoach.co/article/how-to-trim-your-dog-s-nails-in-5-easy-steps.
Hopefully that was helpful, otherwise please feel free to write again on the forum for more specific advices.
