My 6 month old cocker spaniel is consistently getting ear infections, I've tried gel ear cleaners to the vet prescribed ear cleaner and she still gets them.. Right now I know she has one bc she's running around and laying her head on either the floor or the furniture.. she goes to the vet Saturday but is there anything I can do now to help her be more comfortable

Remy probably needs to be on an anti-itching allergy medication like Apoquel for more relief. In the meantime, if you have pain medication available for her, use that. Sometimes a warm water compress with a washcloth held on the ear is soothing. Try to flush the ears well with the flush you have, if she'll let you. Good luck!
