  There is no way to tell at home unless she starts having puppies! Blood testing, x-rays, and ultrasound are tools a vet can use to diagnose pregnancy. Each is appropriate at a different stage of pregnancy. I would discuss this with your vet.

  Yes! There is a way to know for sure and that is through an abdominal ultrasound at your local veterinarian. They will also be able to tell approximately how many puppies she is expected to have.

  Both a false pregnancy or a small litter are possible. I would be suspicious that it is more likely a false pregnancy based on what you are describing. However, the only way to know for sure would be to x-ray/ultrasound Diva’s abdomen to look for the presence of puppies.
