IF she is painful and restless and straining to go, then I would. If she is resting and able to urinate then it is not a true emergency but may be uncomfortable for her. As long as she is urinating, then you can try to wait for your regular vet and monitor her for any changes

It could be caused by either a urinary infection or prostate disease, you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated, if he is not neutered it's more likely to be a prostate condition, this will require neutering as part of the treatment.

Dogs could have blood in their urine from a urinary tract infection, stones in the urinary tract or even an issue with their prostate gland. I recommend Rigby be seen by his veterinarian sooner than August to make sure nothing is going on. This is because some of those potential causes of blood in the urine can be very serious and require surgery. The lesions are saying on his belly could be due to a skin infection and unrelated to the blood in the urine.

Oh my. These symptoms are alarming and very concerning. Jojo could either have a serious cystitis (inflamed bladder), raging UTI, or even a bleeding disorder is possible here. Please take her to your local vet asap for an exam, urinalysis and immediate treatment based on her lab findings. I would recommend taking her to the ER vet if at all possible, so that she can get treated quickly before this gets any worse.

Hello, so sorry to hear about Owen. The interactions with your neighbor causing his current clinical signs would be a speculation unless there was obvious trauma to Owen leading to his bleeding. If he has been diagnosed with a UTI as a cause for his bleeding this would be unlikely to have been caused by his abuse. His large prostate is likely associated with his unaltered status. Further diagnostics to consider if his UTI is not responding include a urine culture and abdominal x-rays to check for stones. Once you have confirmed there are no stones within his bladder (this may include also having to check with an ultrasound), then pending his urine culture results, your veterinarian may recommend a different antibiotic for his UTI. Hello. This could be a result of a serious bladder infection, prostatitis, urinary bladder stones, a bleeding polyp/mass or trauma. This definitely warrants a trip to your veterinarian ASAP. With Tigger's age and being intact he could have an enlarged prostate causing these signs, infection of his prostate gland or even a simple urinary tract infection. I recommend he get evaluated by his veterinarian as sometimes this will clear up with antibiotics but other times it does require neutering to decrease the size of the prostate gland if it's enlarged.
