If this has happened before, I would schedule a vet visit just to rule out any issues with the inner ear or neurologic problems that could be causing the wobble, even if she recovers after sleeping. If her symptoms are not resolving, or new symptoms are appearing, seeking out veterinary care right away is best.

Synis experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe he is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking him to the vet as soon as possible in order to get him checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with Syn.

It is possible when she is anxious and very excited she is having a small seizures, having decreased cardiac function or even a breathing issue like collapsing trachea. With a pug they are more prone to breathing issues due to there elongated soft palpate and small airways. I would recommend trying to video tape the episode and showing it to your vet for a better assessment. With Ruby being young I would recommend having some basic blood work done to make sure there is not issues with liver function too. I think consulting a vet would be best after an episode. A dog acting drunk can be a sign of toxicity in dogs, such as from ingesting a human medication or recreational drug, it could be due to an ear infection causing vestibular disease, or due to head trauma. I would take Romeo into a vet right away, the cause of the symptoms need to be diagnosed so he can be treated. Please take him into a vet immediately.

Hello, It sounds like Taisie is experiencing some neurologic abnormalities. It is hard to say without physically examining her what the problem is, but some possibilities are spinal pain, a herniated disc, vestibular (inner ear) infection or disease, or a brain tumor. Any of these issues could cause drastic changes in balance and falling, but the treatment for each one would be very different. I would recommend taking Taisie into her veterinarian to be examined. Poor Tussie! It definitely sounds like something is wrong. She may have a tick-borne disease of some kind (even if she tested negative for Lyme disease, there are many other possibilities), a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, or a neurologic disorder of some kind. It sounds like she's been to the vet somewhat recently for heartworm and Lyme disease testing, but I would recommend taking her back for a recheck since it sounds like she still isn't doing well. She needs a complete neurologic exam if she is still acting drunk and having balance issues, as well as a thorough otoscopic exam (possibly under sedation, if needed) since middle/inner ear infections can also cause the symptoms you describe. Blood work and additional testing for tick-borne illnesses may also be helpful if nothing else is found.

I can see Aubrey is quite overweight, with all the other symptoms I would suspect hypothyroidism which is an endocrine disease that is sometimes missed on normal blood test. I would recommend asking your vet to test her for it, if it comes back positive at least you will have a condition that is treatable.
