Dobby likely has a ear infection but it would be improtant to get a look at the debris under a microscope to help determine the best treatment. This can be done by your veterinarian. They will then clean all the debris out and prescribe an ear ointment to help resolve the infection.

It looks like Dobby has an ear infection, most likely a yeast (fungus) infection. Your veterinarian will be able to perform a cytology of the material in Dobby's ear, prescribe appropriate treatment and help you learn how to keep Dobby's ears clean to prevent further infections.
