Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do at home for Sam at this point in time except withhold food and rest him. He should see a vet now, he sounds terribly sick. Poor Jack! It's quite serious that he has bloody poop, which can be caused by a foreign body, trauma to the intestinal tract, intestinal worms, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, and possibly GI tumors. Jack has to see a vet immediately, so I would take him into one now. If you don't want to assume financial responsibly for him, I would call the SPCA to come and get him. They can get him the medical treatment he needs, and can find him a home.

Labored breathing and vomiting are very concerning signs. In an older, large-breed dog like your girl, I would be worried about bloat as a possible cause of her symptoms - this can be a life-threatening emergency, so needs to be treated right away. Many other things can also cause vomiting, including pancreatitis, liver or kidney disease, exposure to something toxic, or an intestinal obstruction. Based on your description, I would recommend taking her to the emergency vet tonight - she may have a serious problem that can't wait until morning.

I sam so sorry that she’s not doing well. From what you describe, I’m very concerned about her and you need to seek emergency veterinary care immediately. Call your vet’s office even if they are closed—they likely have a recording for either how to contact the vet in case of an emergency, or information for the nearest vet clinic. There are many possible causes for what’s going on, but it sounds like at the very least she needs some IV fluids and some lab work and possible X-rays may be needed. I am so sorry there isn’t something I can suggest you do for her at home at this point, but if she’s just lying there, she seems cold, and her breathing is labored, you have got to get her to a vet. The sleeping and standing in abnormal ways is indicative of significant abdominal pain. Brown vomit is concerning for a GI obstruction or serious pancreatitis. I would recommend that Chato get checked out by a vet ASAP. After examination, the vet may recommend blood work and/or x-rays to determine what is the cause so they can discuss an appropriate treatment protocol.

The most likely diagnosis for a puppy with Jack Jack's symptoms is parvo virus. I suggest you get him to a vet as soon as possible for an exam and parvo test. This is serious and life-threatening. Do not try to continue to treat him at home. He may not have parvo as there are other things that can, of course, cause his symptoms but regardless of what is ailing him he is very sick and needs veterinary intervention.
