Why is my 10-year-old dog's nose constantly running with mucus?

At 13 years of age, a nasal tumor would be most likely. A tumor typically would cause bleeding out of just one nostril. Other possibilities would be a severe bacterial infection, tooth root abscess, nasal foreign material (I've seen dogs that had toy stuffing in the nose), or fungal infection. Unfortunately anesthesia for nasal scoping and often CT scan is usually necessary to get a diagnosis.

When it is one nostril then it narrows the causes down to a few possibilities. It is very possible that there could be an object up in the nasal cavity causing these signs. The other concern would be a nasal tumor. Nasal tumors can be hard to diagnose without a CT scan. I will usually do an anesthetized nasal flush to see if it helps. If not then I will usually refer to a specialist for a possible CT. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon.

A dripping nose can be a sign of a respiratory infection, allergies, a foreign body (if there is blood in the discharge), a fungal infection (again if there is blood), or even a nasal tumor (but not likely). I would take him into the vet for an exam. The vet can determine what is causing his symptoms, and can prescribe a treatment of them. If he has a respiratory infection, for example, he may benefit from antibiotics.

Left nasal cavity seems full of discharge and bone seems affected as well (so whatever is inside is causing bone erosion as well). It is not possible to determine what it is specifically from the CT images and a further investigation is unfortunately needed. Was rhinoscopy performed? was a biopsy taken? Otherwise aggressive treatment for fungal infection is required (not only oral treatment but often ''flush'' of the nasal cavity is necessary to have substantial results. Poor Daisy! She is an older girl, and unfortunately this sneezing with blood in her snot could be due to a malignant growth (cancer) in her nasal cavity. It could also be due to a foreign body, fungal infection, or respiratory infection. Because this has been ongoing for a while, it's best that Daisy is seen by a vet either today or tomorrow. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, x-rays, and may look up her nasal cavity with an endoscope to diagnose what is causing her symptoms. Once a cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you.

Nose bleeding is usually either caused by an infection called "Tick fever", a fungal infection in the nose or a tumor in the nasal cavity. you must take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated, it is a very serious symptom and there is nothing you can do to help him at home.
