My senior dog has a neck mass & can't walk. How to afford vet care?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered

My Pittbutt nullmastif or cancorso mix all of a sudden developed the big mass under his neck his goals have sunk to the sides he can barely walk all in the matter of the last month. What is it an what can I do to make him comfortable can't afford a vet he's AtleAst 10 years old

Wow, Ares sounds really bad, and I would be very concerned he has cancer. His quality of life sounds pretty poor as well if he can barely walk. Leaving him like this would be cruel, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make him comfortable at home, he has to see a vet now. Letting him go peacefully may be the best option for him. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants. Best Friends also has a list of resources that offer financial assistance on their website.
