 Brown Dog Foundation provides funding to families with a sick pet that would likely respond to treatment, but due to circumstances, there is not enough money immediately available to pay. I retommend you contact your local humane societies for advice on emergency and subsidised care - there is much help available for pets in need due to financial constraints. Unfortunately with the weakness described there is a risk of complciations such as bone marrow supression which would make surgical treatment less likely to be successful and in ths case euthanasia may indeed be the kindest option for him to allow him his dignity in passing. A blood sample may help in guiding this decision as if curative treatment is not possible it is unfair to exoect him to carry such a debilitating condition for much longer

Without a photo of the masses, I cannot tell you whether these may be cysts, tumors or abscesses. If these masses are fluctuating. they will likely be cysts or hematomas (if cold) or abscesses (if hot/inflamed/painful). If they are solid then they are likely tumors. You should have them examined by a vet. Cysts and abscesses can be evacuated, a hematoma will usually resolve by itself and a tumor should be biopsied to determine whether it is benign and can be left alone , or malign and may need to be removed.
