I would be concerned that Baby might be ill - it’s possible that her liver tumor is the problem or that something different is going on. Unfortunately I don’t think there is anything specific you can do at home without seeing a vet. You should make sure she gets plenty of water and let her rest. If she seems to be distressed you should do your best to see a vet.

I am afraid there is really nothing that you can do for her other than giving her a lot of TLC and watching the tumor. Should it open up and ulcerate it will cause infection and that may be the time to say good bye. If you think she may be in pain, you can ask your vet for some pain medicine for her. I am so sorry, but 15 years is a grand old age and you took good care of her.

Poor amber,, that liver is massively enlarged and I would expect breathing difficulties, inability to eat and abdominal pain. Although scans and biopsies may provide information on the underlying cause, euthanasia may be the kindest option at this stage

While in theory anti-inflammatory medications can help to reduce the blood vessels feeding the tumor, this is only when combined with a chemotherapeutic agent such as cyclophosphamide given in a metronomic fashion. However, we have not found this to result in a better outcome in patients with metastasis (spread of the tumor). While those herbs are unlikely to be harmful, they unlikely to help. You can always however try the herbs and focus on her quality of life at this time. It is all dependent on the cause of the liver failure. Is the liver failure due to a primary tumor or other cause? Prognosis varies from pet to pet. Whether it is cirrhosis of the liver or a tumor causing the problem, the prognosis can be days to years depending on how severe it is. What I would recommend is further testing to help determine if there is a primary cause. You can drain his abdomen periodically to make him comfortable. If there is a liver mass, some liver tumors can be removed surgically by removing the affected liver lobe. Not that long ago, I removed a large tumor on a friend's dog that was causing fluid in the abdomen and also the mass / cyst contained approximately 750ml of fluid! The dog is doing great and the prognosis is very good as the tumor was benign. Some outcomes are favorable and others are unfavorable. The vomiting could be a side effect of the medication, related to his brain tumor, or could indicate internal issues such as kidney or liver disease. It is best that you have this discussion with your veterinarian. They would be able to find out what cancer it is by taking a sample of the tumor and sending it to the lab. The diet also depends on how well the liver is functioning. Again, your veterinarian would be able to tell you this after analyzing the blood chemistry. For now, feed whatever the veterinarian has advised. A switch in diet can be dangerous depending on how well the liver is functioning. I know this is a very difficult time and you have many questions, but your veterinarian will have the most information and be the best to answer them at this time. For now, try to stay positive and know that you have at-least given Chloe almost 10 years of a great life.
