Chemo would not be my first choice in such a case, but surgical removal of the lumps should have been suggested to you. This is still an option, as those lumps are likely to continue growing at a fast pace and they will eventually start ulcerating which will cause a lot of problems. The surgery is obviously a risk, but it can give missey a better quality of life, even if it will not make her live longer.
