SO I ASKED ABOUT MY DIABETIC 13 YEAR OLD DOG THAT NOW HAS PANCREATITIS AND WILL IT FULL RECOVER AND WAS TOLD NO IT WILL NOT I NEED TO KNOW WILL HE BE IN ANY PAIN ? HE IS ALREADY COMPLETELY BLIND AND HE HAS TO GET 2 INSULIN INJECTIONS A DAY

Pancreatitis is usually a chronic condition, this means the disease will not go away completely but the symptoms will, as long as a special diet for this condition is given on a regular basis, flair ups are common but usually very manageable.
