My 8-year-old border collie has been diagnosed with Pancreatitis after a Blood Test. He has been vomiting sometimes and has an appetite increase. Sometimes, he is really tired too. The blood test results show that his pancreatic enzymes are too high, so the vet said he has pancreatitis. According to the vet, we should change his diet and keep him on antibiotics. Can you tell me what might have caused this and what we should do to treat him? Is it serious? Is he in pain? Thanks.
