My puppy 2 months old, her poop was yellow watery. Is it because of her food or she has sick?

Poor Chai! It’s takes about a month for any diet changes to take effect and during that time you should not give her any treats or human food as a reaction to one of these may be the cause. A food that many pets do well on in general is Royal Canin and I recommend to try this food if you have not already. You must give it Diet 1 month to know if it works.
Also make sure to keep your veterinarian updated. Some of these pets need probiotics and antibiotics. Also make sure your pup has been checked for giardia. If you can’t find a diet that helps, try a hydrolyzed protein diet. Lastly, if your vet thinks it could be IBD, Chai may need steroids.
I hope she starts feeling better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.
