Many of these medications are sold over-the-counter on the internet, in pet shops and in pharmacies. Even if your local vet is closed, you should be able to buy the de-worming medication for him. Also, you can start giving him baby probiotic with each meal - that should help the diarrhea. Once your vet is open again, please, take Munggol in for vaccination.

I my opinion you should go to a pet shop and get some puppy wormer and worm your puppy. If you have no access to buying a wormer, have your vet worm your puppy on Tuesday and then again 2 - 3 weeks later.

Intestinal worms need to be killed. There is no alternative or natural remedy that kills worms. The easiest and safest way to do that is to use a worming medication that does exactly that. If dosed properly according to the weight of the animal, worming medications will only affect the worms and will not affect the animal. There are some exceptions: Ivermectin should not be used in collies and other dogs with MDR1 defect. However, there are many safe alternatives to ivermectin and in general all other wormers are safe and effective.
